Posted - Mar 12 2012 : 02:42:06 That reminds me, I want to call Al Prisco and get him over to the boat with his Thermal Imager. THIS sounds like an easy way to tell if the manifolds/risers are working properly. |

Posted - Mar 11 2012 : 12:10:21 They still make the manifolds/risers for the 351 but there is only one style. The kind with the rectangular riser mating surface. People have complained of uneven clamping with that design. |

Posted - Mar 11 2012 : 08:28:17 Do they still make an aftermarket manifold and riser for the 1989 OMC 351 engine. If not, surely there has to be some type of retrofit. Any ideas? Thanks. |

Best to replace at safe periods according to your type of boating...not when you start blowing steam. |
