can anyone tell me if the bottom hull of a 1997 3375 is cored. I saw one advertised specifying this.I thought just above waterline?

Maybe it is just the 337x series that they started in 2003. I spoke with Cruisers when I was looking and they mentioned at least for my model was reinforced from 2003 +.

My 1999 is reinforced around all factory thru hulls as well.

All Cruisers hulls are balsa cored with the exception of a few years (i have heard). I'm a regular on the Cruisers Yachts Owners Club site and have never heard of a problem with the coring except as mentioned where somone drilled into it and did not properly seal it. 2003 and later are reinforced around all factory thru hulls. Make sure you get a surveyor that can really test a cored hull. I used Al Prisco and he demo'd a moisture meter and it was not effective due to a few reasons. He ended up using a thermal camera to look for wet spots in the hull and found none. It was pretty cool wathing him perform the survey.

I believe it's a fully cored hull & I know of no core issues with the 4450 line as well as all of the Cruisers Models

There was one issue where the owner installed a transom lift and it appeared that it was installed very poorly which had effect on the transom.

Cat 4126? you may have a typo here?

Can anyone tell me if the 2000 4450 is cored and what is the process? Is there any wood below the waterline? Has Cruisers had any coring problems like Sea Ray with water intrusion? How about the 4126 Cats, any problems like the 3126. Any help would be appreciated, we are looking at a 4450 to purchase and need info.
Thanks,
