Posted - Feb 17 2012 : 09:43:09 DNR doesn't even provide any of those services. This is going to drive boaters out of MD (especially those from PA that keep their boats here). And the watermen... Wow. What a way to destroy an industry!

Use the below link to let the committee know that fees like this aren't warranted and will do nothing but drive boat owners to leave Maryland and keep there boats elsewhere, or get out of boating altogether. And if that happens, Maryland is going to loose a heck of a lot of "revenue" from the recreational marine-related businesses that will fail.

Posted - Feb 16 2012 : 14:43:06 Which should be listed as a form of personal property tax on your federal form and thereby deductable which will reduce the money allocated to the Federated State of MD which will increase the fee which will be a tax deduction on your federal taxes..........
