So I am looking for a good neighbor that won't hit my boat!
Usable beam is like 14'
View is the best in the marina.
Rent is $3900 includes winter storage.

Spoke to owner of slip today. It is still available if anyone is interested.
She is giving it to ayc office. That cuts 10% off so I am sure will take $3700 now. |

PS.....Rob......I'm sure you'll have no problem getting in over at the AYC.....but if for some reason it doesn't work out with your plans.........my bulkhead is always available.....along with my Jeep ( and the hot tub.) |
