You read that right, lifetime.
This is a rare membership to Leisure Time Boat Club, which has 2 locations.
Vero Beach and Port St. Lucie
Only 20 of these memberships existed initially with an initial cost of $20K and there are less out there and they are rarely sold.
I am selling because I just got my own boat!

I have been using this for the last year out of Vero Beach (located in Grand Harbor).
Club has a 4 boats there, pontoons, center console, and deck boat.
Boats are decent.

I got more than my money's worth out of this club and you will too.
Use it twice and you paid your Dues for the year, which are due in December and are only $1000.
If you ever rented a boat it costs about $500 for a full day!
You will want to get this now so you have it for the season!

Only other fee is a $750 transfer fee to transfer the account from my name to yours.
After that, just $1000 a year is all you pay until you decide to sell it and then you can name your price and get your original investment back just like I am.

Really a great deal if you like to boat, don't want the hassle of owning a boat, and you can reserve a boat whenever you want!!!

More info can be found here ---

Again summary of fees.
One time transfer - $750
Yearly Dues - $1000 Due in December
Amount paid to me - MAKE OFFER!!
