Can anyone help? I lost the page to tell me how to go from ac to heat. In upstate N.Y. some times you need it.

Gonna need a whole lot more info than that. On my unit; all I do is raise the digital thermostat temperature above actual cabin temp. & it goes into heat mode automatically.

Compromise - If you have a fairly recent Formula (at least back to 2005), you should have four settings on your ac unit:

Automatic - automatically adjusts between cool and heat depending on the set temp.
Cool - looks like a snowflake on your panel
Heat - looks like a picture of our sun on your panel.
Humidity Control - Looks like a raindrop on your panel.

Does that help?

Put the unit in auto position, and raise the temp above the cabin temperature to activate the reverse cycle heat mode.
