VERY NICE BOAT; PRICED TO SELL at $135,000

This well-maintained fresh water only, upscale 42-foot boat from Regal has just 350 hours on twin fresh water cooled Merc 8.2L MPI’s has V-drives with prop pockets so you can go just about anywhere. The cockpit is huge, providing seating for 8-10 and includes a convenience center with sink and ice-maker, a cockpit table that converts to a large sun pad, has a brand new Bazooka MT6552WS bi-directional Tubbies under the radar arch and a Bazooka subwoofer under a cockpit seat all powered by a Rockport KX 700.5 amp. The helm is aided by a Raymarine C-Series Nav, depth finder, Ray210 VHF, compass, Lofrans windlass with dual controls (at helm and on foredeck), remote spotlight and even has an air conditioning vent at the captain’s seat, which is electronically adjustable. The transom has a fresh water wash down, storage locker, large integrated swim platform and dual 30-amp shore power. Full canvass, camper top and isinglass included.

Below, the forward queen berth is totally private with its own pocket doors and features a cedar-lined hanging locker, plenty of drawers, and a new Jensen Marine 15” LCD TV. The spacious salon and galley have a Norcold over/under freezer/fridge, built-in microwave and coffeemaker, 2-burner electric cook top , stainless steel sink, and Corian counters. Other salon features include a new Jensen Marine 15” LCD TV, new Panasonic DVD player, Kenwood XD-A3 radio/3-CD/2-Cassette stereo amp connected to Bose satellite speakers and subwoofer, central vacuum system and a folding partition for the aft berth so your guest can have privacy as well. The head features a Vac-u-Flush toilet and has a separate shower stall. This is a fresh-water only boat located in a covered slip at Mill Creek Resort and Marina, Pottsboro, TX at Lake Texoma. HULL, DECKS AND SUPERSTRUCTURE

This vessel is a Modified-V hull and is constructed of hand laid fiberglass with balsa or marine plywood coring in the deck, the transom and other areas in the hull sides &/or the hull bottom as deemed by the manufacture. The stringers and engine beds are wood encapsulated with FRP. There are four (4) internal wood bulkheads that are bonded to the hull bottom, hull sides and or cabin sole. The hull to deck joint is an overlap type that is caulked, tapped, secured with SS screws and has a white plastic rub rail covering the exterior hull to deck joint. The exhaust discharges out the port & starboard hull sides at the waterline

The Forward Deck: Anchor roller, 10” SS cleats, 1” SS bow rail welded atop 1” SS stanchions, spotlight, windless, molded-in FRP bow pulpit, navigation lights, and the chain locker

The Cabin Top: Sun pads, 2-escape hatches, 1” safety rail safety rail, horn and bridge windshield

The Side Decks: 8” SS cleats, 1” SS safety rail welded atop 1” aluminum stanchions. All stanchions are bolted through the deck

The Helm: Has a 17” teak wheel, separate throttle/shift levers, Faria instruments consisting of: 2-12-volt meters, 2-tachometers, 2-oil pressure, 2-water temperature, 2-key ignition switches, 2-engine hour meter, 2-fuel, engine synchronizer, gasoline fume detector, depth finder, compass, 12-volt switches, trim tab rocker switches, radar & VHF radio

The Cockpit: Radar arch, white bimini, portside jump seat, starboard side captain bench seat, sliding entrance to the salon, ice maker, wet bar, 110-v outlet, U-shaped seat, snap-in carpet, engine hatch’s and stored below is the canvas to fully enclose the cockpit. Mounted in the wet bar is a Kicker KX 700.5 amplifier, and mounted under the Arch are two Bazooka MT6552WS bi-directional speakers (6.5-Inch and 5.25-Inch in each Tubbie).

Price dropped to $106,500. The boat is in very nice condition. Just had it pulled, completely washed/waxed, pressure cleaned and bottom painted in March 2012 along with usual annual engine/generator service. Looks and runs great.
