Helping a friend fix a leak on his 260 but I do not see a cabinet or anything under the sink or access panel behind the sink,

You haven't mentioned what model it is but I think the access panel is behind the wall seat cushion on the opposite side of the wall (for a Martinique).

it's Martinique is their a trick to getting that cushin off it does not want to budge?

Look in the crease between the back and seat cushions for brackets. Once screws are removed, lift straight up on the back cushions.
There should be access thru the toilet paper holder or a cabnet or something.
