Is closed and available for rent. The Kitty Knight House is still open and the Harbor Cafe is open too.
The best mechanical device to arouse a woman is a big boat.

That's really too bad. Lots of good memories. I really think the owners screwed up when they let the h/w running it go.

The Granary has been living a confusing existance for a couple of years now, ever since the family bought the Kitty Knight. The Granary ran a big ad for a Seafood Buffet in February. I tried calling on the weekend of 2/11 to make reservations and only got a recording about their hours of operation and to leave a message. Did that and called again during the reported operating hours... still went to VM. So, I called the Kitty Knight to ask what the deal was. They tell me the Granary is closed for the remainder of the month but we're welcome to come to the Kitty. Does the Kitty have the advertised Seafood Buffet? No. So why the big ad? They couldn't explain. WTF??

4roys (Rich) is right. They screwed-up a good deal and a popular establishment. I only hope someone capable has the guts to take it over in this economy.

Mike

I recently realized that at this stage of my life I'm now wise enough to know better, but old enough not to give a damn.

I swore it off after I had a waitress actively ignore me to flirt with the bartender. I asked another waitress for help and she shrugged her shoulders. You have to be on top of a restaurant or it goes to **** really quick.
