So I am looking for a good neighbor that won't hit my boat!
Usable beam is like 14'
View is the best in the marina.
Rent is $3900 includes winter storage.

PS.....Rob......I'm sure you'll have no problem getting in over at the AYC.....but if for some reason it doesn't work out with your plans.........my bulkhead is always available.....along with my Jeep ( and the hot tub.)

Spoke to owner of slip today. It is still available if anyone is interested.
She is giving it to ayc office. That cuts 10% off so I am sure will take $3700 now.
