Since most of the requirements are "standard", you should find any one of very many cameras that should work.
12 VDC Composite output
The following links are for a retailer local to me, but similar cameras are available from may sources. ( key words include "bullet camera" or "dome camera" )

You do not mention the Raymarine price, but having owned Raymarine equipment, I would guess that the prices given here are lower... ( roughly $150 to $300 )

There can be some difference between the cheapest of the CCTV and the best of them. I've found that monoprice has a really good selection across a very reasonable price point. The two most important factors are the lines of TV resolution and the ability of the camera to deal with very wide dynamic lighting such that bright areas don't result in zero detail in shadow.

Are you planning to use it as a back up camera? If so you are going to want one the give a reverse image, this narrows down your choices and triples your price! Ben from Knot Flying just bought a Garmin unit I plan to help him install it on Saturday. If you don't care about the reverse view then there is a laundry list of cameras you could use for $150 or less (likely less). If you don't mind it being black or maybe dark gray I may have an extra one kicking around if your interested send me a PM.

Guys, Thanks for the info. I will take a look at these.
Ben, Thanks for the offer, unfortunetly I was doing some work yesterday and had to leave early for a party. Next week if you are areound I'll stop by. The pics look great. I like the one on the mast.
Dave, I think I may want to go with the reverse so when I am out cruising it would look the same. The one on Bens mast is reverse correct?

Correct. On the mast is the Garmin GC10 NTSC Reverse Camera. It's a little pricey, but if you hunt around you can find it online for $400. We cut off the lead so that it would fit through a tiny grommet and then soldered a new lead on to it. That mast comes down in the winter so I needed a connector at the base of the mast. Otherwise, I'd have just soldered the cable directly to the lead that we cut off. It connects to the 4-lead pigtail that comes out the back of the E120. I'm pretty sure the E80 is the same way.

I must say you did an amazing job installing the camera on the mast I'm very impressed with the wide angle field of view as well! I may have to change out may camera but as you know the shoe makers kids never have the best shoes. I'm looking forward to installing the DVR and tying in the WIFI you will be able to watch your cameras on you cell phone when we are done. Just keep this in mind next time you bring your girlfriend to the boat you never know the wife might be watching:)
