Anybody else hooked on this show? I think we get an episode tonight. I want to see Willie forget his gun and have to use a pocket knife again.
What part of GALE WARNING did you not understand?

Love the program. Willie give me the willies.... true character from Deliverance. My favorites are Troy and RJ. They all beat the crap out of those boats.

I loved the episode where Troy launched his boat over the levy, killed a sh**load of gators, came back, unloaded his catch onto the levy and then proceed to go airborne once again

If you are not enjoying every single day, you are just depleting the oxygen supply for the rest of us!

I like the fact that they have to use subtitles at the botttom of the screen to interperet what they are saying.

There is a lot of drama and fake stuff on there. Most gators don't fight that much. Gator hunting is somewhat boring after the first few gators. Lotsa work. Not a lotta excitement.

We're not to judge all Muslims by the acts of a few "crazies," but the acts of a few American crazies is enough to judge all Americans who own guns.

Everytime I see Glenn and Mitchell I wonder if they bath or ever had a woman.

The two brothers are hilarious. I know that some (a lot?) of it is set up by the producers, but those two brothers and the way they are depicted by the show are hilarious.

I wonder how much $ the people on the show get?

When interstate 10 was built through the swamp, it cut 45 minutes to an hour off the driving time from Texas to Florida. It is a real feat of engineering. There is more danger of getting eaten by mosquitoes than alligators.

Glenn and Mitchell are great. They are hunting and fishing in the swamp with zz top beards and dress shirts on. The whole day is spent catching dinner. They catch worms, catch the baitfish, and finally catch the dinner.

Google Gros Marina, click on the Facebook link.. They are located at the south end of Lake Verret. Six miles down on Four Mile Bayou.:-) Lake Verret is where Troy fishes and he has a business in Pierre Part on the lake.
Go to Sept. 2010 pics of Gros Marina, we were there for the Labor Day bash. Big party. You can see the bow of our boat in some of the pics. There are some pics of Clint from Swamp People in some of the pics.

More like Gold Bars.

Just remember when civil unrest has taken over your city/state and you are cowering in the ruins of your home, starving, wondering what went wrong, these folks, like most Southerners will be thriving, living off the land with skills learned from a life time of hunting, trapping and fishing.

Need to persuade some of those folks to come to Florida and hunt pythons... I'm sure someone can figure out how to cook 'em.

Like so many spin offs of a spin off of a spin off of a spin off, this one is getting tiresome already. The reality is lost to the drama. I'll bet it will do wonders for the swamp tour business as people rush to do the latest must do.
