Used to feel that way, too. Also hated Sunday afternoons because that meant having to go back home. We solved the problem by moving on to our boat!

I took my dinghy and motor to my boat today. I'm getting it ready for a month (more or less) trip down the ICW to FL and up the St Johns River (and back).

Hauling the boat out tomorrow to put on trailer. I'll then take all the canvas and antennas down and we'll leave on Friday for the 1,000 mile "drag down" I-95 to Florida. This year we're meeting up with rbenton and will cross for our 4th time to the Bahamas. With luck we'll meet up with Boatbum somewhere over there.

However, if I was home in MD this weekend, yeah, the weather looks like crap again; cool and rainy.

In AK, during the summer, we'd take a nap right after work, then get up and fish all night in a nearby lake.
She ran the boat and trolled for Trout. While I used my fly rods.
Wunnerful times wuz them days.

Then we got a place on a Lake in Louisiana and I fished when I wanted to....except for those Thunder & Lightening storms.

If I ever move again and I'm able to fish, we'll be on some kind of Fishy Water.
