Seems they're always capsizing over there. As usual they had no PFD's or life boats.

The root of the problem is stated in the first few words of the article:

"An overloaded double-decked ferry..."

Horrible, avoidable event.

they overload everything in India. Look at the rest of the boats floating in the river.

They also have a problem with trains ....
