I use NBOA.
Happy with them.
Been insuring me since my Searay in 2002, so that is 10 years and 3 boats.
They are a broker so they find you a policy.
Prices are cheap.
Coverage is good.

I use NBOA and am very happy with them. They're not an underwriter; they're a broker similar to BoatUS.

I too use NBOA. They found me a policy with Progressive that was $1200 less than BoatUS and didn't require a survey on my 23 yr. old boat. Handled everything over the phone, quick and professional.

The only thing that works on an old boat.....is the Owner.

I had Progressive via USAA. I smacked a turtle bringing Saint Max home from NC. What a nightmare. I switched to NBOA the following year. My rates decreased by 1/2. I have not had a claim with them yet, however they are constantly in contact w/ me to ask how they could serve me better. They have never tried to push another product on me. I am very pleased so far. I would not touch Progressive again if you gave me the ten foot pole to do it with. I am very disappointed the USAA offloaded coverage.

I believe NBOA is one of Progressive's largest policy writers. Even BoatUS writes for Progressive.
