I have seen nothing on the local news about it. Have not been in Destin harbor since last fall so did not even know it was there.

I understand that the Lucky Snapper has closed. Any idea what is going there?

Not sure about boat. It was not there in March when we were down.
As to Lucky Snapper, their 20 yr lease was up last fall and could not come to terms on renewal. Property owner is a developer and probably has other ideas for the site. I know with the economy several restaurants in Destin have closed over the past couple of years. In the Destin harbor area two New Orleans spinoffs, the Brennan family's Royal B and the Camellia Grill closed a couple of years ago.

Actually the lease ran through sometime in 2013. Tom Rice (who owns several other local resturaunts) just realized he and Peter Bos could not come to terms and decided to close early.
