I just received the Sierra impellers that I'd ordered. They are for the Sherwood Pumps. I've always used either the Jabsco or the Sherwood impeller replacement.

I noticed slight mold flash on one end of these impellers. I really can't imagine this being an issue but...

Anyone had experience with these Sierra ones?

I've used Sierra impellers on the Alpha drive of our previous boat with no problem. I can't tell you how they'd be in your Sherwood pump, though i don't see why there would be any problem. Hy

Where is the flashing? Sierra is usually very good about their products. If you have the time, I would MAKE it an issue so they would learn to inspect their products better and get their quality control back.

I recently purchased Sierra Impellars. The impellars were actually branded Sherwood.

As you can see the flash is minor. I've decided to use them...
