Raymond Faville was well known to Lake Champlain Cruisers as the owner of Finch & Chubb in Whitehall and later from his time in Essex.

I'm saddened. Regardless of cause, Saddened.

Right now, the summary is: Drunken, Fell In, Drowned. I don't think I'm missing anything, realizing this is from reporter distillation of what s/he has been told.

But this is a Freshwater Marina. Electric service, I presume. Boats and wiring that could "leak" current into the fresh water. I hope the investigation includes the possibility of ESD (electric shock drowning) or at least an inspection of power and vessels.

Summary could be: Drunken, Fell In, IMMOBILIZED, Drowned. ESD does NOT have to "electrocute" - All it needs to do is paralyze muscle function.

I don't want to accuse or offend, but there's a lot of ESD going around lately.

God Bless, jd
