Tomorrow is my maiden voyage to my new summer home Stamford.
Boat was launched Friday all systems were tested Saturday time to make the move. The weather was awful this weekend so I delayed departure until tomorrow.

Yes it was a great day to be on the sound!
We had a good run sadly my friend that I was traveling with sheared his drive shaft shortly after reaching the sound. He was towed into Beacon marina for repairs. I continued to Stamford where I had left a car then looped back to pick him up. While it was a great day it was also a bit stressful even more so for my friend! Not sure what cause the failure but will know better as soon as it is hauled he may have picked up a line and wrapped his prop locking it up and the shaft snapped but it seems his rudders are jammed as well as the other shaft.
