Hard to believe the Silverton 45 Convertible is the only 45-50ft yacht with 3 full beds
(non bunks),built in stairs. Not to mention hard top with ac/heat massive cockpit, etc.

Is there another?

I believe the 44-45 foot Cruisers yachts also has 3 staterooms. A beautiful boat if you can find one.
