Anyone know the regulations on raft ups on LI Sound? We have a mooring ball in Lloyds Harbor and wa
S wondering how this works. Obviously we can keep 6’ away from folks on boats next to us.

I asked Volpi the guy who installed our mooring and he says he believes it's allowed.
I spook to a few people on our dock and they said no one is giving anyone a hard time so long as you are not all gathering on one boat.
I will know more tomorrow Llyod the guy with the boat two slips away from my said he was spending the night rafted with a few of his friends tonight. I will check in with him tomorrow and see how it went. I let you know but I'm planing on using the ball Sunday night I suspect if you join me we we all be there all four of us.
