I have Carling switches on my Cruisers. I ended up calling Carling (I can't remember where I got the number) and was told that they only sell large quantities. I ended up calling Cruisers Customer Service and they had the switch.
Have you tried calling the manufacture of your boat?
Carling makes a nifty inexpensive tool for removing the toggle from the switch body. The existing toggle with the correct graphics can then be snapped on the new switch body. Numerous large marinas in Florida stock Carling switches. Mine were either Contoura II or Contoura III. Do an internet search for Carling Contoura illuminated rocker switches. Checking with your boat manufacturer may also be helpful.
