Isleton townhome project

There is (or should I say, was?) a large townhouse communitee being built in Isleton, along 160 across from the river. It was being pushed pretty hard in the real estate ads, website, etc. for a while. Not even sure of the name any more. Just drove by recently - it looks dead as a doornail. Has that met the same fate as the Delta Coves due to the economy?

I drove in and looked around a couple weeks back and it is really dead! It's been sitting idle for about a year, and I heard it went into some form of foreclosure although I am not positive. No people in any units - I think there areabout a dozen. Really bad design of the overall property - really nice view of the junky storage yards from the top floow of your $475K - no yard townhouse! It's too bad they couldn't move them to Perry's island with a view of the river!

Interesting to know the info on the townhomes. Never got a close look at them.

Yup, I'm at Oxbow. Made it down last weekend. Took advantage of the nice weather and gassed up the boat and went for a quick blast down Georgiana then cruised along the homes at Oxbow. Lots of folks hanging out on the decks there.
