Searay 33 Sundancer

I'm looking to move from my Carver 3227 to a 1993 or 1994 Searay 33 Sundancer. I like the layout in the cabin and want to get away from a flybridge boat. What are the +'s or -'s of this boat? Are there other similar size boats that I should look at as well?

I had a 1994 330 SeaRay Dancer. My biggest complaint was that I had to spend a lot of time standing to see. The hatches will probably need new gaskets but all in all I was very happy with the boat. If I would have had the 40 I might have still owned it?
