Has anyone used this company to obtain their license?
Good, Bad or Ugly.

I did not use them but used The Mariners School. They had plenty of choices in MD for classes and had several different schedules to choose from.
I believe like all of these schools it depends on the instructor. It was a fun class and I am glad I did it.

"Good Luck"

I did. Our instructor was retired from Procter & Gamble. He was an American who had lived on his sailboat somewhere in another coastal country (can't remember where) somewhere P&G had a factory. The Capt who administered the CG test is a live aboard who does salvage diving, and deliveries & is the full time captain of a Azimut. A privately owned vessel. These guys were professionals who knew their stuff.
SeaSchool made sure all the paperwork was in order, and is there if you have questions or any problems. CG came in one day to examine all the ID verifications, seems like they did the fingerprinting and the other necessary stuff.
They are a stand up professional company, left no stone unturned. I came prepared with my documentation of hours aboard a commercial vessel and they made all the paperwork go seamlessly.

Professionalism is important, of course, but an outfit like SeaSchool also will make sure your application package is complete and in order. There's also a degree of credibility in that they signed it off. You can do the study on your own, schedule your various tests, etc. But a school will help make sure it all flows. This beats driving a couple hundred miles to a CG testing center, time off work, staying overnight, and finding you can't sit becase some "T" wasn't crossed.
