tilt and trim

1997 evinrude 90 hp tilt not working sounds like motor is working don't know how to fill pump

I had a 2001. There is a cap on the reservoir under the engine, next to the tilt motor, it might have a slot for a screwdriver.
Fill a little at a time and exercise it to remove air.
