What is imbedded in the hull where the trim tab is attached? I see a crack in the interior grey coating and a dark spot. Is it wood? Or what? There have been a couple of spots on this boat where the fasteners that were used were too long. (rear bilge pump included) Maybe a screw has penetrated too deep??
