I am going to buy a 3.5 or 4 hp for my 8' inflatable. I want to go with the two stroke due to their light weight but am a little worried about North Carolina following California and puting a ban on the two strokes.
Has anyone heard or read anything about banning two strokes in NC in the next several years.
