Hello:

I'm interested in purchasing this boat with 5.0 220hp. Does anyone have any opinions of this boat? You input is appreciated.

I've never heard anything bad about them, very popular boat. Looked at 2005 220 (Basically same boat) a few years ago, had the 5.0 and Alpha I, plenty of power and handled well. You don't mention which drive, Alpha I would be fine, Bravo III better. The Sundecks are best in class in my opinion, deckboat space with a sportboat look and handling.

Sounds like a nice setup, if it is good condition you wouldn't go wrong.

I had a 2002 210 Sundeck and absolutely loved it. It had the 5.0 BIII setup so I can's speak to the Alpha I, but as a vessel overall I couldn't have been more pleased.

We just traded in a 1999 210 sundeck to move to a bigger boat. We loved it. Bought it new. It handled well. We used it for skiing, tubing, just hanging for the day. After a while the kids got bigger and the boat smaller, hence the trade-in, but I will miss it for sure. Unless they've moved it, the boat is at Islander in Lindenhurst, NY if you want to compare to the one you are looking at.

Noanker:
I emailed them. The boat is not yet on there website. thanks for the info.

I hope they have it at a good price. By the way, how are things in Mystic? I grew up in Noank.

Mystic is more popular then ever these days. With the two great casinos nearby it has become a destination for day tripers

I still have a 2001 210. I still enjoy it although have had a couple of large repair bills recently - one on the out drive, and one on the engine. I've got around 600 hours on the engine and a lot of enjoyable time spent at anchor or at the dock of a waterside restaurant or two.
