I would add the bridge clearance and draft, which gives you the boat's vertical, and then add the distance between the ground, and the lowest bunk on the trailer.
the book claims that the bridge clearance on oa 3560 is 12.2' I measured mine and to the top of the arch it is about 9foot 7 inches add another 8 inches for the light. I spoke to Regal about their error and as of yet they haven't corrected it. This misinformation almost kept me from buying my 3560. as I have issues with bridges that are usually less than 12 feet' I believe that the 12.' feet is from the bottom of the hull to the top of the arch. so the answer to your question would be the distance from the ground to the bottom of your boat as it sits on the trailer to the ground plus the 12.2 feet.
I am not sure what the hight is but I purchased a 4460 w/hardtop. Had it shipped from the factory to MD. The trailer was maybe 6" off of the road surface and it made it fine. Still have a hardtop!
