Still trying to get my boat running propert this year despite setbacks. Ran the engine and after 10 minutes I head one or two beeps maybe 30 seconds to a minute apart then constant beeping. Hooked up my Diacom and I could not find any active codes but did find a few previously set codes that were 441 and 442 which is exhaust manifold temp. Both sides, one code for each. The actual coolant temp of 86 corresponded to the freeze frame data. Looks like the exhaust manifolds where over 225F. Both sides seem to indicate it's not a bad sensor. I did not have my IR thermometer but both exhaust manifolds were hotter than I could hold my hand against.

Engine is factory FWC.

So engine temp is OK but exhaust manifolds are getting too hot.

Ideas?

Raw water impeller removed, examined in my hand for damage, flexible rubber. Looked fine so reinstalled.
