Looking to purchase a new 2007 340 Sundancer with Merc 8.1S Horizon engs. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Performance, fuel consumption, Sportsman package versus removing part of the rear lounge for fishing, any options that I should look for or stay away from. Boat to be used off CA coast combining cruising with some fishing.

I had 2003 34 ... great boat few complaints... great motors. 34 gallons per hr at around 3250 3350 rpm 30 mph

Didnt have the fishing package.
