I have a Sea Ray 370 Sedan. Although this is my first and only boat, I can tell you three things that bug me.
1. Hull Design
Although the post above mentions a rough ride above 2', I find a rough ride at 4'+. The hull doesn't pierce the waves well and the boat will pound like crazy, even at 14,000 lbs. and fully loaded.
2. Tail dragging
EVERY mid-size to large Sea Ray I have seen drags the stern low in the water, resulting in operating "bow high", even at WOT with OEM tabs fully down. My experience is this present much more of the hull to the next wave face. The steeper the next wave, the more pounding you take.
3. Drooping foredeck.
This one is easy. Stuff the bow one time with a foredeck that slopes downward and you'll be amazed that a 6' wave just came through the bridge 16' above the water line. Of course, this never happened to me ;-)
