Well, I can't believe I did it!! Perhaps buyer's remorse will set in. But today I traded in my 05, 2860 for a new 07 3360.

Love my 2860 window expressed, but I think my deal was awesome. Not sure about the 8lt engines. If I was ordering it would have gone smaller. But to order would have added $25,000 to the price.

Old boat, beige, new one blue with a yellow stripe. Every option including built in vacuum!

Do any of you have this boat with the large engines? Is it stern heavy? Challenges with porpoising

Anyway, the space will be great.

Pictures are a few weeks away. In the meantime, here are some other pictures. Enjoy

Congrats on the new boat. I've always liked the 3360 and it's bound to be HUGE compared to the 28. Blue with yellow is awesome, and, while I've never been on a 3360 out on the water, I would think the 8.1s would be fine. Merc or Volvo? Single prop or dual prop?

Hi:
Twin volvo 8.1 GXI 840 HP. Duo prop.

Thanks for the comment.

Again...no experience with the 3360, but taht boat should plane out easily and fly at top end. You should see into the 50's for top speed

Regal specs say a 32mph cruise with a 55mph top end. Sweet!

Good luck with the new boat, it offers a great ride. I have driven most of the Regals, and the 3360 is one of my favorites with great performance and handling.

We bought our 2007 3360 last summer and we love it. Ours is equiped with twin volvo 5.7 Gxi's and the performace is outstanding. Good luck with it, I'm positive you will be very happy.

Welcome back Laurence. I missed your posts and pictures. 3360, hummmm.... Are there any poor people in Canada? Real nice boat. Give our best to Patty and happy 25th.

Hi Laurence, long time no talk. congratulations on the new boat, you should love it. We have twin 8.1 volvo duo-props on our 3560 and it moves it quite well. Your new boat should fly. Fuel burn is more thant the twin 5.0s we had in the 3060 but that is to be expected. I am looking forward to seeing the pics of the new boat.
