6.2 MPI Cutting Out During Extended Load

I have a Maxum 2400SD w/6.2 MPI-Bravo III cutting out during extended load. It does great out of the hole and for about 5-7 seconds. It then begins to cut out (almost like a rev limiter) around 4000-4200 RPM. Fuel pressure jumps to 45 psi (WOT) and gradually falls back to 43 psi when the problem occurs. If I back off the throttle slightly, the problem goes away. If I again increase the throttle slightly, it re-occurs. Inline filter and filter/separator have been replaced. 30 gallons of 92 octane and fuel injection cleaner added and run 5 hours. Flame arrestor cleaned. Is it possible to get a data stream from these systems? Any help is MUCH appreciated.
