85 hp Force no spark

I have a 1985, 85 hp Force outboard with no spark in top cylinder. Change out the coil pack with a used one from a running motor. Problem still there. Any ideas?

Definitely no spark on that cyl only? Not just no combustion possibly due to lack of compression or fuel?

Can you try swapping plug and plug wire between bad & good cylinders?

Is there power getting TO that cyl's coil, and is there a good clean and tight ground connection on the block from the coil ?

Defiantly no spark in one cylinder. Coil pack includes the wire. Switched coil pack with othe cylinder and problem does not move with it.

So .. bad spark plug, or maybe CD module?

Do you have (+) power to the coil? If not , is there power to & from the CD module? Interesting there are 2 CD modules for 3 coils.
