96 5.0 Mercruiser (for a friend)

My friend dropped his 5.0 1996 RWC in the other day and she runs up, temps perfect, oil pressure perfect, no smoke no strain....all "seems" good except fact that the warning horn is going off constantly. Any ideas on this at all?

The alarm will sound if

1. Oil Pressure is Low,

2. Cooling System Temp is High,

3. Oil Level in Outdrive Reserve Bottle is below a certain level.

Don't forget the Bottle.

Yeah, just had that thought too. I didn't commission the boat and did a quick check in a really bad wind so was on and off. I'll check out drive rez tonight.

Of course a wire off or pinched could figure into this.
