Boat show is coming up next week. I was looking at the website and see where they have a "Brokerage Cove" set up.
Is this something fairly new? I haven't been in 7-8 years and plan to go this year and check out the cove as we are thinking about a new (used) boat in the spring.

It's the last couple years. They charge quite a bit to be there (we were selling boat a few years ago and got offered possibility). Don't get frustrated if you don't find anything there as cost was so high I'm sure a lot of good used boats won't be there.

They have now posted a listing of boats that will be shown in the cove. While none are what we are looking for, there are a couple that we will still go aboard and it will give us a chance to chat with the brokers...sometimes they know of boats that are not advertised or are getting ready to hit the market.

Think I'll be going Friday 10/13. It's been quite a few years since last visit. Back then; had acct's in MD & was rather familiar with the region. Not so much now. Where specifically is show ?? I realize Annapolis but can u be more precise ?
Thnx,
BOB J

The main show is at and extends from the City Dock... Ego Alley and some of the surrounding mooring field has been converted into a temporary marina. Brokerage Cove is slightly further into Spa Creek, inside the bridge, bear right, adjacent to St. Mary's, walking distance (or water taxi) from the main show.

Easiest to park at the Marine Corps Stadium, corner of Rowe Blvd (exit from US50) and Taylor Ave. Free parking, free shuttle to the show and back.

We were there Friday and they definitely had tide issues. Had problems getting into one of the tents and some of the outside vendor booths were in water. If I had paid big bucks for a vendor space and show goers couldn't get to me without wading thru water, I would have been pissed.
