Any issues installing Lectro/San to VacuFlush?

Here's the beginning of probably many questions of this group as a real boat owner(in about 10 days, yea!). The "soon to be mine" Carver 3607 has Vacuflush & a macerator. I want to add a LectroSan to the system. Are there some things I need to be leery of or take special steps with on the install with this configuration? Is there any advantage of keeping the macerator when there is a LectroSan?

I'll probably seek advice later regarding refurbishing the interior ... nothing broke, just want to update it & bring the teak back to life.

This really isn't a Carver issue. Better to ask your question on the sanitation forum.

Thanks for the tip. Already did that. Just thought I'd check here, too, in case there was anything specific to the Carver layout.
