...how do you like it? Reliability, Performance, Sea-Worthyness, Docking, Comfort?

Thanks, Ed

I ordered an 09' last year and took delivery in June 08. I have 225hrs. on her and have not had a single problem. I burn on the ave. rb2@gr5t 25kts. just over 1/mpg. Cruise rb2@gr5t 3050rpm's.

I took her from the Chesapeake Bay to Long Island this summer and she performed awesome. Had 5-6' seas on the way home and I had to cut back to about 17mph. Nothing came over the bow and we took no spary. I was very pleased with the handling in rougher waters.

Docking wise it is amazing. I have owned 5 twin engine boats with various set ups and nothing can compare to the ease of docking in close quarters. You can make her dance around the dock. At cruise there is zero vibration and steering can be done with one finger. She also turns like a 20'boat.

As far as comfort, she is a typical setup for any 40-45'boat. Great headroom, rear stateroom is roomy for what it is and the salon is pretty much the standard wrap around couch that you see on all the other express cruisers. I wouldnt say the couch is real comfortable to relax on. We spend most of our time in the cockpit. It is a must to get the cool cockpit option, it gives you a whole other area to live, even in warmer climates. I also have Sat. TV and a cockpit TV so that is where we tend to lounge and still be able to see what is happening around us.

In the past I had a larger aft cabin motor yacht which is extremely comfortable with 4 people. I kind of miss that luxury aft stateroom with 2 full heads. I have been looking at going up to the 52' because of that. I would consider selling mine if you are in the market. Either way if you have questions I will be glad to answer them for you.
