Bad fresh water pump?

Ok I am stumped. I springized my water system this weekend. Seemed like the pump was flaky diaphram and pressure switch, so I had an extra pump and switched parts out. Seemed to wrok better. But the main thing I noticed in the input hose side to the pump I keep seeing these large bubbles going by. I worked back and tightened clamps and checked for splits. Any ideas on how this happens? And also every once in awhile the water out of the faucet will sputter and "pop".
