I had sheared the volume control (broke the shaft at the potentiometer) off my Standard Horizon handheld VHS.
Sent it into Standard Horizon for repair. The unit was just at the end of the 3 year warranty period. They turned it around in 2 days with no charge. They didn't even ask for proof that it was still in warranty. Great products and fantastic service.
There are still a few companies out there that value their customers.
