Blowers unhooked?

I stumbled onto a new problem today (or maybe just an area I don't fully understand) with my 33ft Cruisers....we took the refrigerator out to service and I remember seeing the two air vents from the portside. They had two circular holes cut for each vent allowing me to view the vent grills from the inside. I started thinking about the blowers I have, four I believe, and wondered why I didn't see the white tubing hooked up to the vents to blow air out? I thought maybe they became disconnected, although I don't remember seeing anything lying around or any indication something was ever hooked up to it...but I also didn't pay much attention at the time. I thought maybe when we pulled the frige out something became disconnected? Is is standard for the most part for all outgoing venting air (with even four blowers) to go to only the starboard side? I also became concerned also about water coming in the vent and dropping down onto a wood shelf then I guess it goes to the bilge at some point? Cruisers has those plastic vents that are visible from the outside, not hidden under an overhang.
Any feedback on this would be great. I'm not sure if I should go the trouble of pulling the frige out again to take another look.
