Bethel Harbor at Bethel Island does a very good job. If you wait until wintertime, they give a 15% discount. You might be able to negotiate for even more if biz is slow for them.

I have used the services of Waltons Marine Repair in Rio Vista. since I bought my boat in 1998. I am getting ready for my forth haulout and bottom job. After all these years Bob and John still run the place. And as far as I can tell, neither one of them has yet won a personality contest.
 
I was using Waltons when they were at Bruno's Island. John was running the shop there. I always paid cash so it forced him to recognize my existance.
