I need some help. I have a bulkhead for a 21 ft boat. I have always been at a marina with a floating dock. just purchased a house on the water and I need to know if mooring whips are enough to hold the boat in place with the lines tied to the cleats. Or do I need poles - with lines on a ring also to hold the boat in place.
