Can't Log Onto Boater Ed

So how'd I post this issue?

Just set up a laptop with WIFI on it. Can access and log onto other sites, but in BoaterEd, I can read the forum but when I go to log on, it just clears my ID/PW and returns me to the logon screen (default.asp).

Suggestions, Please!
