Changing water level in Atlantes Freedom?

Is there a way to change how much water is left in the bowl after a flush?

Is there a way to have the bowl fill after it's been emptied? I use the dry flush button, but later I want to have water in the bowl.

Not sure if this is possible, but thought I'd ask.

You can't do it if you're using the dry flush. Dry flush, by definition, leaves the bowl dry at the end of the flush. It pumps out only, without bringing in any water. The Atlantes series heads have no way of just adding water to the bowl (unless you pour it into the bowl by hand).

But if you use the regular (wet) flush, it can be set up to bring in some water at the end of the flush (switch setting inside the head). Also, raising the discharge hose coming out of the toilet, and installing a vented loop fitting, will insure that water remains in the bowl between flushes - otherwise it will usually siphon out.
