This may have ben touched on before but does anyone have a small, 6-8 cup coffee maker that they use on their boat that they really like or works well. Its seems that someone on this site once commented that their machine took forever to make a pot and it was never hot enough. I would appreciate know a make or model if someone is happy with theirs. Thanks

Dang... can't remember the make, but it's an under-counter one and I think there was only one manufacturer making it. It's not a 12v model, though. Those are the ones that take forever. Mine is a regular household coffee maker and it works just fine.

Topic thrashed into oblivion in ATC a couple of years ago... 12V coffee makers do not work as expected. You could always use an inverter and a regular Mr. Coffee. Else try a french press or melita cone or something.
