Curtis Point

Has anyone anchor in Curtis Point/Swamp Cove in Mantoloking?
I have been told you can but I was concern about the depth, homes in the area and would you stay there overnight or are the bugs to bad?

I lice in the area and would rather go to Silver Bay to spend the night. Much nicer and more protected. Steve PS 5 minutes away.

Steve we spent the day at Curtis Point and found it to be comfortable for the day but I was worried about the bugs at night which we experienced before staying overnight behind the barrier island so we stayed at F-Cove for the night.
