DA 38 2007 Access to Hot Water Heater

I have a DA 38 2007 that I am trying to find access to the hot water heater. I have asked two (2) Marinemax service people, and they had no documentation and could not figure out how to access it in case of service or replacement. I got the boat last year and spent most of the time concentrating on more important items on the boat, but I like to know these things. Don't want to start another season without some sort of answer. Marinemax/Searay's stock went down in terms of customer support when they could not answer this question. Any advice would help.

I don't know if you got the info you were looking for but if not call Searay 1-800-772-6287 and ask for Jerry Joyce. I've called him before and he's been able to help with anything I've asked.

The HWH is behind the referigerator...and if you are wondering how you access it for winteriziation or just to drain it...look under the stairway...that grill pops out...

Don't be afraid to pry out that screen under the stairway.....it's NOT a return for the AC...once you have it off, it's a piece of cake to drain and or bypass....

I found the access thru the grill and I recently installed a water filter and had to remove the frig to get better access. It was amazing that two marinemax service centers could no tell
that.
